Delete your MediSamajh account
Option 1 — Inside the app (fastest)
- Open MediSamajh and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm, then choose the same Google account you signed in with.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Email vaidyaai.support@gmail.com from the Google email address you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my MediSamajh account". We will delete your account and confirm within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your MediSamajh account (sign-in with Google).
- Your cloud backup: report explanations, profile and family details.
- When you delete from inside the app, the app data on that phone is also cleared.
What is kept
- Nothing from your account is kept after deletion.
- Short technical server logs (time and status of requests, with no health details) are removed automatically within a few days.
- Scan photos are never stored on our server, so there is nothing to delete there.
If you only want to remove some reports, you can delete them one by one inside the app without deleting your account.
